By using this Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Orders and acceptance
When you place an order you will receive an email confirming that we received it. Your order is accepted when we confirm it with you by phone or email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error or we cannot confirm the order.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We accept Cash on Delivery only: you pay the full order amount in cash to the courier when your order is delivered. Please have the exact amount ready. We will confirm the final amount, including any applicable sales tax, when we confirm your order. Orders refused at delivery may be cancelled.
4. Shipping
We ship to all 50 US states and APO/FPO addresses. Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–6 business days. Standard shipping is free on orders of $75 or more; otherwise a flat $7.95 applies. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
5. Returns and exchanges
Unworn, unwashed items with original tags may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of delivery. Email info@everydaydrip.site with your order number and we will send a prepaid return label. Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are sent by check or another method agreed with you within 5–10 business days after we receive the return. Final-sale items cannot be returned.
6. Product information
We try to show colors and details accurately, but screens vary and we cannot guarantee that your display shows the exact color. Measurements are approximate.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — text, graphics, logos and design — belongs to Everyday Drip or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. Photographs are used under license.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everyday Drip is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
